Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), a subsidiary of ONGC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shell India Pvt. Ltd. for sale of Motor Spirit (MS), High Speed Diesel (HSD) and other products that the companies may agree to on prices and terms to be mutually settled.
